Manny and his team did an amazing job on my roof. I am so grateful for their hard work and dedication to the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great workmanship, fair pricing and an overall good experience.

We hired CL Exteriors to install roofing and siding on our new home. The roofing was fine, but we had major issues with our siding. We hired an independent siding inspector who had a full page of issues (since CL was looking like they weren’t going to do anything). Once we showed CL the 20+ issues, they hired a 3rd party to look at the awful job done at our house. The 3rd party said all the siding needs to come off and replaced. CL finally agreed and 100% of the siding was removed and replaced. If this didn’t happen our SIPs panels would have been destroyedThis was a MAJOR headache for us. We thought CL would also take some off our bill since we had to hire an independent inspector, had to pay to move our propane tanks to get the siding off then back on, dealt with siding trash all over the yard.. I was told if I left a positive review (and once I completed that 100% positive review) then they would take a few dollars off my billI complied, as much as it killed me to post a positive review We sold the house…so now I’m updating my postI couldn’t remove my 5 stars, but if I could I’d give 2 stars. (Only because the roofing seemed fine), but siding I’d give minus stars.

Manny’s crew did a great job on our standing seam roof. We are having them back to finish the last section in the fall.

I contacted them to do a specific job, but when Manny came to look at it, he suggested a much better solution. They did an excellent job, and ended up saving me money.
