    I would hire Exteriors & Renovation again. Manny and the office staff were responsive and respectful. Manny was very open to hearing my ideas and working through the options for a skylight replacement. This resulted in his having to produce a couple of estimates, which he provided at no charge. (This also included getting up on the roof, which took some time. And, while he was up on the roof, he examined it and proposed ways to extend its life, postponing a much larger expense.) Superior materials were used for the project and the work was scheduled in a timely manner and finished in the allotted time.​

    A highly competent, professional crew meticulous in tearing off existing two layers of shingles and replacing. Our roof included three dormers and was about 40% standing seam that had to be joined with the new roofing. They also removed a solar water heater array. The job ran over the time estimated, but the contractor stayed with the original estimate which was lower than the other bids received. The crew was friendly, safety aware, and cleaned up every bit of debris before leaving. Unlike the other contractors who lagged considerably in responding to my queries Exteriors & Renovation always responded by the next day. Positives:
