Outstanding job, the crew were very nice and the materials were top notch. Manny and Michelle have a terrific crew. The final invoice was exactly as agreed upon from the start refreshingly without extra sales pitches or hidden fees. We will be using this company again soon for more projects.

I received 7 different quotes to have vinyl siding installed on my 3-story house and separate 2000 sf shop. Exteriors & Renovation was prompt, courteous and came in very reasonably priced. They were not the cheapest (which is not always the best deal) and they were certainly not the most expensive. The siding they offer is good quality and has a decent warranty and reviews. The estimates were detailed and broken down between the two buildings. The project was supposed to start late July but some materials took longer to ship so it started mid-August. A crew of 8 showed up and had the original siding (cedar clapboard) on the house removed in 2 days! I was not surprised they found significant rot on the front side of the house under the original siding. Manny, the owner, communicated with me throughout the whole process, including pictures, and his crew fixed everything (removed the rot, installed new plywood, etc). They even took the back boards off the deck and put in flashing that was not done properly when the deck was originally built (not by E&R). The additional cost was reasonable and I now have peace of mind it is fixed properly. Every day the crew (who were very polite) would clean up any mess and put their things away. The house was done by mid-September and the shop was done by late October. I had four items for them to follow up on and it was done immediately - no haggling or nonsense - and the total cost did not change other than the rot repair. It looks ~amazing~ and I am so happy with the end result. I’ll attach before and after pictures so you can appreciate the transformation (obviously yucky brown is original, blue is new). Manny and the crew were great, they did excellent work (above and beyond) and I would highly recommend E&R for any vinyl siding or renovation job. I’ll definitely have them back for future projects.
